Cooking instructions: Do not thaw before cooking. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Remove meal from carton and remove film over the cornbread portion. 3. Place meal on a cookie sheet and cook on middle oven rack for 19 minutes or until 165 degrees F. 4. Remove meal from oven on cookie sheet; let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed to produce the best possible product in a conventional oven. However, because ovens vary, cooking times may vary. Do not place under a broiler. Do not set oven temperature above 375 degrees F. Failure to use a cookie sheet may result in damage to the serving tray and food. Microwave Oven: 1. Remove meal from carton and remove film over the cornbread portion. 2. Microwave on medium power for 7 minutes or until 165 degrees F (Microwaving on high power is not recommended). 3. Let stand for 2 minutes before carefully removing film. Please Note: The cooking instructions above were developed in a 1100 watt microwave and were designed to produce the best possible product by cooking each tray individually. Microwave ovens vary. Please increase or decrease your cooking time to ensure cooking. Do not prepare in a toaster oven. When removing plastic film from tray, be careful to avoid escaping steam. Refrigerate or discard any unused portion. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Cook this product to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F before eating. Keep frozen. Cook thoroughly.
