Directions
Directions: Brown 4 pounds of pork, beef or a combination of both in a large pot. Add Bolner's Fiesta Brand Tamale Meat Seasoning and enough water to cover. Cook until very tender, about 1 hour. Drain broth and reserve for masa. Let meat cool completely.
