Product is already fully cooked. Do not overheat. Heat to 165 degrees F internal temperature. Heating Instructions From Frozen: Recommended Methods: Conventional Oven: 14-16 Minutes. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly coat a flat baking sheet with cooking spray. Place Chicken Bites in a single layer on the baking sheet. Heat for 7 minutes. Remove from oven and turn product over. Heat for an additional 7 to 9 minutes. Air Fryer: 9-11 Minutes. Set air fryer to 370 degrees F. Place Chicken Bites in a single layer in the basket or on the tray. Heat for 4 minutes 30 seconds. Remove from air fryer and turn product over. Heat for an additional 4 minutes 30 seconds to 6 minutes 30 seconds. Microwave: 2-3 Minutes. Place 3 Chicken Bites on a microwave safe dish. Do not cover. Heat on high for 1 minute. Remove from microwave and turn product over. Heat on high for an additional 1 minute. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: Product will be hot. Heating times may vary as microwaves vary in intensity. Keep frozen. Cut.
