Directions: 1. Shake the container and hold it in a vertical, slightly inclined position at a distance of 6 – 9 inches from the cold pan or cooking utensil. 2. Light spray the surface of the pan or kitchen utensils. 3. Heat and cook. Use Mazola No-Stick for: Meats, chicken, seafood and other stir-fried or sauteed food. Eggs, pancakes and muffins for quick pan release. Cooking utensils, pans, grills and salad molds to prevent sticking. For best results store at room temperature.
