Directions
Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Stovetop 1. Bring 4 qts. of lightly salted water to a boil. 2. Add frozen fortellini to boiling water, reduce heat to low, simmer and stir gently. 3. Simmer uncovered for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. 4. Drain and serve. Microwave (1100 watts or higher): 1. Mix 1/4 cup water with 1/2 cup of your favorite sauce. 2. Place 1 cup frozen tortellini in a microwave dish. 3. Add sauce, mix, and cover. 4. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway. 5. Let stand 2 minutes before serving. 6. Remove cover carefully to avoid steam. For food safety, follow these cooking instructions. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.
