Directions
Preparation Suggestion: Stove Top Preheat 4T of oil or margarine in skillet over medium high heat (350 degrees F). Carefully add 4C hash browns. Cook 4-5 minutes then turn and cook an additional 4-5 minutes to a light golden brown, do not over brown. Do not stir or cover. Pan Fry with Water (Fat Free): Preheat non-stick skillet over medium high heat (350 degrees F). Add a single layer of hash browns to skillet with 3T of water. Cover and cook 5-9 minutes. Uncover, turn with spatula. Cook uncovered 5-8 minutes or until desired crispness. Note: Cook to a light golden brown. Season to taste and serve. Keep frozen.
