Servers: 12 Ingredients: 1/2 cup butter, softened. 2 Cups sugar. 4 Eggs. 2 Cups floor. 2 Teaspoons baking powder. 1/2 Teaspoon salt. 1 21-ounce can lucky leaf premium blackberry fruit filling. 1 Cup confectioners’ sugar. 2 Teaspoon water. 1 Teaspoon vanilla. Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs one at a time. Stir in flour, baking powder and salt. Pour into greased 9x13-inch pan. Spoon fruit filling oven top; swirl. Bake 40 minutes until golden. Cool. Blend remaining ingredients; drizzle oven cake. Classic Blackberry Pie: Prepare crust for a 9-inch pie. Pour one to two cans lucky leaf premium blackberry Fruit filling into crust. Cover with vented or lattice top crust, or crumb topping. Bake at 425 degree F for 35 to 45 minutes.
