Note: Remove clothing or other items from the machine before using Tide Washing Machine Cleaner. For Maintenance: Use Tide Washing Machine Cleaner once a month. To help keep your machine fresh, leave the door open after each use. If Odor Problem or Visible Residue Already Exists: Use 1 pouch per week for 3 consecutive weeks following the instructions below. Then, continue to use one pouch per month for maintenance. 1. Top load. Front load. Instructions: For Any washing machine - pour one pouch of Tide Washing Machine Cleaner directly into your washer tub, where odors and residues can occur. 2. For best results, run washer on normal* cycle. Select the hot water setting. Note: Some foaming/sudsing is possible and conveys the formula is producing a deep clean. Avoid using this product with any hot steam settings. * May also be used in washer specialty cleanout cycles.
